What is a health coach?

A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority helping clients feel their best through food & lifestyle changes by tailoring individualized wellness programs to meet their clients’ needs.

A Health Coach focuses on each client’s individuality. Clients can simply focus on diet or choose to address additional factors affecting their health. These other factors can include exercise and lifestyle, as well as social and emotional elements. All of these together create the environment within us… the well that the body draws from in order to thrive and sustain itself.

After discussing your objectives and struggles, you will create a plan of action to crowd out foods and habits that are not serving to optimize your health and introduce more beneficial choices.

Although a Health Coach should not replace your trusted health professionals, they can provide guidance to explore aspects of your lifestyle that may be creating roadblocks to your overall health.

A Health Coach is a valuable resource in guiding individuals on their personal path toward optimal wellness.

Our Health Coach can be seen as a compliment to Dr. Fenske’s recommendations or as a stand-alone service.

Services available range from simple discussions about dietary changes to ‘big picture’ goal-setting in any and all wellness areas.
